We test the alarms using a SMOKE SABRE canister (at no extra cost), if we find faulty or not fitted smoke alarms within a property, we can supply and install a Kidde combined smoke carbon monoxide voice alarm, which comes along with a 10 year battery life – for just £40 + VAT per unit.

Smart Inventory offers clear and competitive pricing for property inspections. Standard fees apply, with additional charges for Sundays, bank holidays (£50), and properties in the Congestion Zone (£15). Extra rooms, such as en-suites and conservatories, incur a £10 fee per room.

Aborted calls with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at 50% of the booking fee. VAT at 20% applies. Tenant check-ins are complimentary if scheduled one hour before arrival.
